Thin Blue Smoke

Added a dozen hard boiled eggs. A buddy I got the recipe from adds them. They soak up the gumbo flavor he says the eggs are delicious. Will find out.

Gumbo!!!! Took two 20 pound turkeys out of the freezer yesterday. Letting them thaw out. Will be smoking them tomorrow during the snow storm to make KAMs Smoked Chicken and sausage gumbo. Can't wait! Man smoked meatloaf is the bomb! So good.

The meatloaf is for supper tonight. The meatballs are to throw in the freezer for when we make spaghetti, subs or anything using meatballs.
