Farm raised salmon tends to have more fat than wild salmon.
1.5 hours give or take at 225-250.
Add rub before putting on smoker.
Sit salmon out for a hour before smoking.
Glaze 45-60 mins before finished.
Mike used Sweet Chili Sauce as a glaze.
