Not actually a new smoker been doin it since I was twelve. So 45 yeats of home smoked goodness.
Names Jim and lookin forward to experience here.
I'm also a hot and spicey with a hint of whiskey/bourbon style smoker.
Lets light the grill and smoke!
If the grill's smokin it don't need stokin!

Right now just have my offset smoker grill and a all in one bullet style smoker with gas. That you stack up for what you want to do. I only use the gas for deep frying or broils or starting fire to smoke with. It actually came with lava rock for gas grilling but I've never used it that way. Also had a round weber for small cooks but had to retire it this year. Burnt the bottom out of it. LoL
I'll replace it with another soon though. Mainly used it for my wings and occasionally roast with a snake stack fire.
