Pickles

Post by RiskDude »

Not really sure if this is a side dish or appetizer, but my second go at dill pickles. Found a recipe from Ball - the jar folks and it turned out great!

Had to get the necessary equipment:

And DONE:

Easier than I thought although a bit more time consuming. It is worth it and will be part of the ongoing "cooks". I think my next experiment is English Muffins. I understand I can "cook" them on the Blackstone.....

I want to say I saw an episode for English Muffins on America's Test Kitchen.

Yep, you need to be a member to see it though:

Thx! My wife really really likes them. which kinda surprised me. Now I am looking for more lids and bands. The Covid lockdown has created a shortage.
