Fixed a load of wings on Saturday
I need to figure out a sauce that isn't spicy. Seniors from Minnesota, so mayonnaise is considered crazy spicy 😉😁
Getting very comfortable with wings. Inkbird wifi thermometer has been key to making it easy on the pellet grill.

I had a LOL moment with the mayo comment! Too funny.

You never split the wings? I have never cooked them whole like that and rarely see them sold that way. I have been buying the Costco 6-pack of pre-split "Party Wings" lately and if I am cooking up a batch, just use two of the packs.

As for sauces, if you don't want spicy, there are lots of ways you can go. Garlic, terriaki, honey BBQ... Heck WalMart even sells the Buffalo Wild Wings sauces: https://www.walmart.com/search/?query=B ... ld%20Wings
I don't vouch for their sauces as I have never even been to a Buffalo Wild Wings.
