Anyone ever try these? I saw this on TV this weekend and they looked pretty good.

Those look awesome. Definitely have to give ‘em a try :D

I’ve been making a variation I call “little heart attacks” for years and they’re always a crowd pleaser. You can’t go wrong with anything wrapped in bacon.

I suppose you could substitute the cream cheese for more cheddar or even go with a combination of jack and cheddar.

I personally use goat cheese (Chevre) instead of cream cheese in recipes that call for it. The natural fat content is like reduced fat cream cheese, and it has a firmer texture.

I was feeding a tough group (kids/grandkids) if it looks fluffy and white they ain't touching it.
So for this batch I had some pepper Jack cheese sticks. Put a couple cubes in each one instead. Must have been good as I didn't even get one. I pulled them and told them to let cool so thay don't get burnt. Made 24 of them and a pile of Mooink balls. I walk in and theres one moink ball left. LoL
What they didn't git! I'm workin on what I'm gonna call Candied Baby Dragon Tongues.
Think pork,hot pepper,cinnamon,brown sugar,red hots,apple jack and fireball liquour.

Basically just wrap the bacon around the slice of kielbasa like the pork shooters, and fill the cup with brown sugar. I cook them at around 230-250 until bacon is cooked and the sugar is melted ~30-40 minutes
