Wild duck on a pellet smoker.

Duck season opened last weekend and we did well. Does anyone have a recipe for preparing duck breast? Understanding that they are naturally lean and can be prone to drying out if cooked to long. Is it a bad idea to consider anything other than my 2 go to methods- grilling or crock pot.
I have 2 of each pintail and mallard and about 4 teal.

Never done it, but I am guessing you could smoke it with no issues. Just use a good probe thermometer to ensure it isn't over-cooked.
