First cook on refurbished smoker

Made some pulled pork. I've not run this smoker by myself. It was my father's... he'd work it like a magician.

anyhoo... I made some pulled pork. My wife is Japanese so she doesn't like really strong flavors. So it was mild flavored. Turned out really good.

Looks like Sammy time. Are my eyes off or do you have a coal fire in the cooking chamber ?

Yeah I put some coal in there at the start. I didn't add to it as the cook when on in time.
